This is the first villain Ømega-Oni will encounter. This Electromagnetic Cyborg Velectro, I took inspiration from both Electro and Surge the Tenrec, and I guess Fuse Man or Elec Man I guess. Before Velectro was... Velectro, she a normal Cyborg named Beck Spencer who couldn't catch a damn break in her life. She had to deal with bullies at school and her dead beat dad. Besides from all that, Beck has been studying on electromagnetic abilities and ho she could harness them, it was at first a science project for school but once the electricity fried her brain, she became really freaking insane, and that's how she became, Velectro!
