Believe it or not, Phantom Ian exists in FNaS 4 Halloween Edition since v1.30.


@TheSonicGamer_OOF (AKA RaiGai) managed to discover him first, yipeeeeeeee.

Also I simply took the screenshots of Phantom Ian in the game.

There is some binary code, sooo I'ma translate that and see what it means.

I translated the binary code, and this is what I got:

"We are both trapped between dimensions. Between reality and fantasy. Like a dream, or a never-ending nightmare. We are not so different, Luigi."
