Hey everyone, i want to announce the major changes for Beyond The Path. Instead of making a plain platformer game, i want to add metroidvania style to the game like in Hollow Knight and Shovel Knight. Also i will add some survival mechanics like Fishing, Blacksmithing, Cooking, Herbalisim and much more. Also there won't be 90 levels anymore. Instead, there will be one really big world containing six different themes. Sorry for making something different than what i promised but i want my game to have something unique and different from almost all the other platformer games.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
