So just pretty recently, @RAVI_REDACTED left the development team due to poor management, Now i'll say that yes, i did put a lot of pressure on a lot of my team these days due to the game not developing a single thin for a long time, to the point where this happened:

So i've tried to apologized, even made a message saying "if anyone wishes to not work on certain things anymore, let me know"

Now you would think because we've lost a person that have made a lot of progress in the game, it would be fine right, just call someone else or ask help for someone else? yeah... until he pulled this move:

Now when i first saw this when i JUST woke up. and i was in ABSOLUTE shock seeing this, leaving the team is one thing, but NOT using any of the things he has made for the game??? That would have basically meant that the game's progress has been downgraded by like 10%, and also... just why would he do this?

I've asked the reason he did this, and said this. now i don't want to truly express all of my opinions about this (unless i wanna get myself cancelled), But yeah... pretty major thing. Btw if you're wondering if RAVI if fine with this:

But yeah, aside from this. Yes, i am a shit director, Yes i did put a lot of struggling for this team, Yes i did complained a lot of times of this game's development, Yes i've put a lot of pressure on the team, So by this point and now, if you're in the Team:

I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS, AND I WILL TRY TO RESPECT YOU WISHES WHENEVER YOU WANT TO LEAVE THE TEAM, THANK YOU.
