SECTION: Why I went radio silent.

Hi! so if you don't know. I went radio silent on gamejolt ever since april 1st hit. It's honestly very personal, but probably the biggest problem was the occasional outages and blackouts. As well as just no electricity for a while. I do not know what happened, however. It's gotten way better. But I decided to stay silent until I drop this. Of course I did break the promise by saying something a few days ago, but.. still.

SECTION: Mod Development

So, this is the main part of the log. The development has drastically slowed down in the first half of april, but then gotten way better and faster, and got slower at the end. So, let's start with a bang and I'll show you a unfinished cutscene.

• Starting Cutscene(TEST WiP)

This is a starting cutscene that starts as SOON as you start a new file.

• Slight Item/Armor/Weapon Rename Changes

Nothing too big, but still pretty cool to mention

• Going backwards is now an interaction.

If you played the old version, you probably know that going back up was impossible due to a solid object.
I decided to replace it with text!

• Save Changes

Since you only have 1 save file in this mod, I made it so the save file saves to that object. It's a simple change.

• Kris Sprite Changes

This change happened not too long ago, but I felt like it was necessary. Here it is.

• New Rooms

There are plans to add more rooms in the mod. Sadly none of them are done. You can access them if you have the mod, walk around but sadly not everything from the concepts are done.

Seems like that's it for now. It certainly looks small, but I did something atleast.

SECTION: Distractions, Motivations and Side Projects

So, here's majority of reasons I was not able to work properly on this mod.

• Outages and Blackouts.

As mentioned before, this has been a problem at the start of April. however thankfully it's at morning and not at the time I work.

• Distractions and Losing Motivation

During April, around the middle of it. I have gotten a lot of motivation. Which is how I did so many things I did.
I did get distracted with gaming or just having fun, but that's actually fine.

• Computer Repairs

Around the end of April, when the Test Cutscene was finished. I shut down my pc for the last time and sent it to repairs. It got fixed a few days later and I got it back.

• Side Projects

I started working on some side projects that I cannot reveal,
I started to plan some projects for the future like, a remaster(or a remake, whatever) for a future mod of mine. or just ideas for a game in gms2(Gamemaker Studio 2)
I also started helping some friends with their games. If the games ever go as far to get announced. I'd be glad.
