In the October 21st of 1983, police investigators found what seemed to be a brain inside of an animatronic's mouth.
The brain was later confirmed to belong to Charles Martinez, a Biz Tech Inc. employee. Charles was doing the Weekly Animatronic Routine Check, only to find out the terrible condition the animatronic was in.
Co-workers confirmed that it was Charle's second time doing the routine check. It is believed that Charles watched a VHS tape and followed each instruction, and ended up activating the animatronic in a mistake, only to be bitten.
Although, the VHS was never found, this is believed by the fact there's only one VHS missing. Biz ech Inc. director, Thomas Collins, is worried that the classified tape might be leaked out to the public.
