BLcGR is a puzzle game, created for the “Game Maker Wedstrijd #44” (Game Maker Competition #44) on the NGMC (Dutch Game Maker Community), in which I had to create a game with a resolution of only 16x10 pixels. The small resolution was a challenge, but I think the game is still quite fun.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
