This specific version of Tails takes place after the usual typical events of Sonic games. After Sonic decide to follow Robotnik to end his evil plans, Tails was sick and tired of the evil man always ruining Sonic's friends. Thus, Tails decides to bring the blaster and show him who was the REAL genius. Later, Tails goes to the base where Robotnik was at, killing him the process. At this moment, Tails was no longer the guy we used to know: he is now a viscous murderer. After this, Sonic was suppose to defeat Robotnik, only to be shocked at what Tails has become.
