And a small heads up, I have already patched the Android build to address some of the issues I mentioned yesterday. After further research it seems a big factor to the performance hit has to do with the toon shader for the environment and the adaptive performance plug-in disabling itself. I will further look into this (as I may have to rewrite/remove the scenery toon shader) and get the Windows build up to par sometime this week.
