You may be wondering where the heck I've been? I've been busy with my last year of uni! I graduate in the fall.
Other than that, I've been reworking a lot of The Bumper Engine's systems after losing full motivation for the game after my backup also semi corrupted (don't ask how, because I have no clue). Oh and my old Galaxy S7's battery almost blew up (not joking). Then a lot of family stuff happened in the last year, including the passing away of my grandpa and dog. Needless to say, I just had to get away from things for a while
As of literally today I've gone and given the game a graphical overhaul, added rail-grinding, and data saving is now (mostly) a thing! Just need to finish adding a score system.
Version 0.5.0 might actually see a release this year. Don't hold your breath though, I tend to hyperfocus on things and then lose interest just as fast.
As for something non-Sonic related...
For one of my classes this semester I've had to make a game prototype, which if you want to try out, head on over to my itch page. Same username, you can easily find it. I will not be linking it. That project is due on the 28th, so any feedback on that would be appreciated if you decide to head on over there.
