Various game breaking crash / bug fixes.
Made a few adjustments to COOP to help distinguish between P1 / P2 item pickups and other miscellaneous fixes.
Know issue - Certain angles while shooting and moving doesn't fire any bullets.

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity
