005 (The Smiling Man) is a humanoid, void-like creature, who resembles a human in a business outfit, he has a tall and slender structure. His most noticeable trait is the fact his face is an unblinking, unalive smiley mask, which is where he got his name. There is a bigger, taller, and more terrifying form of him, but we need further research first...
