People usually like to bring up that Chara can erase a universe whenever Chara is put against some fictional character.
This phrase in UNDERTALE, however, proves that erasing a universe is not Chara's ability. Because if it was, Chara wouldn't say "you destroyed", instead, the dialogue would be "I destroyed".
And that alone ends the entire debate that Chara is as overpowered as people like to claim.
