Merry Christmas everyone!
It's been almost 5 months since last update shipped out and I haven't done much progress since. But I wanted to do a little update for Christmas because my last attempt on that was successfully failed. I'm hoping that your holidays are going (or were went) great.
I also hope that 2024 finally will be the year when I'll be able to release full ACT 1 after almost 6 years since first demo. Yet I need to get done with the skills (and rebalance some stuff) and think of an actual plot for the game.
Update changes:
Added another sideboss, but now Christmas themed... sorta;
Increased overall XP gain from almost all enemies (f.e. party hats now gives you 25% more XP);
Some bosses now also give you more tokens upon defeat;
Improved Skill Tokens upgrading event. No more additional choise menus;
Added a "special prize" in the rightmost slot machine;
Added a shortcut at the top of duct system;
Removed basic party hats from boss rush (
I don't even know why did I put them in there in the first place);Also increased rewards from boss rush completion. Now it gives 12 skill tokens instead of 5;
Supply Closet now only has one or two Gamma Hats on their encounters (that might help you get more levels faster);
Added additional dialogues in the third sideboss sequence;
Also added remained voice lines;
Updated layout and environment of Kitchen a bit (
for the new boss);Another secret Skill Token was hidden on the map;
Added "shutdown" option in the main menu;
