Chroma Bankshot v0.6.0 is here! Major Physics Overhaul & New Features!


Hello everyone!

A huge new update for Chroma Bankshot is now live! This isn't just a small patch; it's a major step forward that improves the core feel of the game and adds features I’ve been excited to share with you.

So, what's new in v0.6.0?

  • Advanced Physics Engine: I've integrated the Matter.js physics engine! This means ball movement, bounces, and trajectories are now more realistic, predictable, and satisfying.

  • Complete Color-Mixing Mechanic: The heart of the puzzle is now fully implemented. Experiment with hitting different bumpers to mix primary and create secondary colors.

  • Your Progress is Now Saved! The game will now automatically save your completed levels in your browser.

  • Set New Records: A high-score system has been added!

  • ...And Much More! I've also made a ton of smaller improvements to the UI, sound effects, and overall stability.

What's Next?

My immediate focus is on polishing the existing premium levels (11-20) and fixing all their unique mechanics. After that, I'll be designing and building brand new levels (21-40) and working on bringing the high-score system online for everyone to compete!

A calm and quiet day.. Made surreal by the feeling of finding an elven building in the mountains, and wondering of its purpose and story. I built this elven style house and it was my first attempt at something like this, but what do you think?
