So, another anouncement.
So, the Co-Op mode that I promised is changing. I don’t know if I made it clear in the past, but originally the plan was to make the entire single-player campaign playable in co-op. When I decided to redo the game from scatch, I also changed the structure of the single player missions, and I just realized that the new structure isn’t going to work in co-op mode. Don’t worry, if you were hoping for co-op in the game, I’m not canceling it or anything, however it will be a bit dumbed down from the original plan. The co-op mode will now be called “Spec-Ops Mode”. In this mode, players can run through some sections of missions from single player missions with some added challenges and obstacles. The player count for co-op is still undecided, but I will try to go for up to 4 players. And yes, all multiplayer modes will still require a copy of GameGuru, at least until the devs of the engine allow standalone multiplayer games.
