Concept Art of NIGHTMARE Distortion / Face


This design is actually meant to be a pound of Flesh, Skull & Organs.

I had this planned from @OSWALD-PLUSHIE-GAMING .

I wanted to make this game as Gory as possible, and this design will be the most disturbing & Goriest.
