The Unknown victory theme for Super Smash Bros Crusade/CMC+ (not sure what to name it though)

Although I’m trying to get this mod for Super Smash Brothers CMC+/Crusade done completely by myself, I’m struggling with sprite work, although I’ll try to do it myself, I might commission someone to help if I can’t do it, does anyone know where I can?
