I ditched the "Evil Cyborg" and went for a more "goldens henchman that is also evil boi."
which is why he has an M & L style hammer.
unlike Shadow-Omb (one of his cohorts) he is slow, and relies on melee attacks, but has some ranged attacks-
he's essentially Masked DeDeDe but slightly faster.
his hands are supposed to be clawed like the nightmare clones from FNaS 4-
his feet are also robotic-
