Hello Followers,
With this new update we bring changes (hopefully positive) to all our UI’s. Additionally we have now made it so experience drops and meta currency will combine bringing performance upgrades for late game. Lastly we added a new weapon type, throwing, and a brand new weapon for it! For more information please read below:
UI Updates
We have updated our UI for the weapon/passives selection screen, boss passive selection screen, and the pause menu. These changes give the players more information, and also make the UI look much nicer! We are still working on making the UI better, but this is the first step in that.
Experience and Meta Currency combining
We have made it so experience scrolls and meta currency now combine after dropping if they are near one another. The amount of experience and meta currency is the total of the combined pickup so you are not losing out on anything. But this gives the game a performance boost in the late game, when there is a lot of experience and meta currency on screen. It also keeps the screen clean!
Throwing weapons
We have added a new type of weapons! Throwing weapons! This came about from the fact that some weapons in game weren’t fitting into the already existing types such as the boomerang, kunai, and shuriken. So as a result we decided to add throwing weapons and also add a new weapons to round that category out. This type weapons also bring new passives and new meta upgrades along with it.
Some minor changes
A lot of bug fixes! Its on you followers to figure them out.
Ability to re-bind controls has been added.
Viewing and changing settings mid-run is now possible.
Status effects now have icons rather than just letters, making it easier to identify what status effects are on enemies.
Better feedback on player getting hit and hitting and killing enemies!
