[CURRENTLY UNSOLVED] Possible lost build of an english translation of Zoop for the Sega Saturn?

One thing I've noticed that was strange about Zoop for the Sega Saturn was that it's other ports were english only games like the Sega Game Gear or Sega Genesis/Sega Mega Drive while the Sega Saturn port was Japanese only. Some ports like the Game Boy port was both English & Japanese. Now, because of this it led me to believe that there was a lost English translation of the Sega Saturn port. But I didn't really have any sort of proof to back it up...until a couple of days ago. I found the English cover art for the Saturn port on IGN. It looks like it was taken from some sort of gaming magazine from the 90s, which is where people usually find stuff like unused cover art. I believe this build is out there somewhere, because Zoop was made by people from the USA, so I wouldn't doubt they made an English build first, then a Japanese version next, but then something happened to the American version (Also another piece of proof I forgot about was on the back of the English manual for Zoop's Genesis port where it says something like "Find this game on Game Gear & Sega Saturn!"). This is pretty much all the proof I could find, but I do believe it's out there (Get it?). The closest we have rn to an English saturn port is the Sony PSX port. Hope someone can find this, cuz I sure don't have the talent to do something like this.
