Daily reminder that you shouldn't please dont compare yourself with someone else, it only leads to pride or intimidation it can also lead to yourself confidence to drop and cause unhappiness.


In conclusion Comparison is bad for your mental health because it takes away postive things in yourself and it causes you to focus on something that you dont have.
