Godzilla is a fictional giant monster like King Kong that originally frist made his appearance on the big screen in November 3rd 1954 in Japan with the purpose of representing the effect of radiation (in other words) meant to represent what happened to the people of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. A giant accident radioactive lizard monster that rises from the oceans and has the power to shoot out of his mouth a blue beam of light. And that's all you need to know....
