Dead End Choices

Thanks for reviews and follows. I wanted to know…do you think I should add a dead end choice for every situastion?
The dead end choice would cause gameover so I wanted to know your opinion.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
