First, I see more and more people starting to complain about waiting for a reply from an email from Gamejolt support for over 48 hours. I even started to see people waiting over one week without returning. Myself, I wait 5 days now without any reply from Gamejolt support. However, the last time I finally had someone to reply (Named literally "Game", idk why) needed three emails in total to answer properly and fulfill the questions (only 2 questions and all perfectly organized tho).

Question: Why is it getting harder and harder for gamejolters to get a reply from your email support?

Second, the report button is working less than before and other users begin to mention it too. I'm still waiting moderation on multiple posts I reported, which include, and not limited to:

-Sexual content (girl using GJ as Onlyfan. Explicit stuff in her profile// Explicit nudity// OC character "milking" literally// Sexualized little anime girls (after reporting them, there were police sirens outside. Idk why// etc)).

-A user posted twice a video of a 7-8 yrs old little boy with only underwear for clothes dancing with disturbing pov.

-I need someone to explain why there is no issue in GJ TOS for a user to have a little anime girl (child) almost naked and bottomless as pfp, but somehow no issue since this "almost naked little anime girl" is covering her private part with her hands, no issue. How???

-Some GJ profiles are used by real companies to promote their services of money loans. Why can't be removed?

And I can continue far away like why the dead animal pic not censored can't be removed by the report button?

I create nothing, I have ALL the links of these and WORST are all in a Google doc in my possession ready to be sent to GJ staff when asked.

Before asking, NO I will not publish my Google doc here. For the reason that if I do that, multiple drama risks to be created in no time including, but not limited to, the fandom of Super Mario, Pokemon, Furry (good ones will be triggered easily, trust me), and SpongeBob to say some of them.

Question: Why report button less effective than before?

Then last question. I will be honest, with all truth in my heart of a civilized and educated man, I begin to be worried about GJ. Gamejolt is literally one of the last big boy platforms I know that normally moderate and answers their community better than YT, which show more respect and listening than Unity, which moderate and think logically better than Roblox support, and which the rules are applied equally and coherently for everyone in the opposite of YT and Twitch.

But now, I don't know why all this is happening. I have struggling to get answers by email and in the questions channel of the Gamejolt community (which except one answer from CROS and one answer from Nilllzz (which I lost hope for a while to see a new comment from him one day. Long time no see, sir), no ones got answers from any GJ staff in the last 7 days).

Final question and scaring my mind literally: Gamejolt is NOT falling, right?

Maybe CROS or thoro are just moving some stuff and the mods working hours are messy, idk.

But, can I have just a few staff telling me that everything is fine? No need to start to evacuate before we reach the worst scenario of never being able to remove from this website some specific humanless video of category noKyC? (Was the worst horror of GJ I ever see in 8 yrs. No one wants to relive that again).

Gamejolt is literally the only place I grow up with my games and content. Why I didn't try elsewhere like itch? I looked both, then preferring using Gamejolt for hosting my games and else, because your website had WAY more to offers to stay here, my game dev house.

And now, I'm worried, if this site must fall too much to leave. If possible, I will be a Gamejolter dev for so long that the KniteBlarg descending staff will have to do an achievement to have a 30-year-old user account (Yup, planned to stay here a while. I'm still designing the interior of my GJ house ^^).

Finally, is everything fine? No need to press the attractive red button on the desk written President of the United States on it? (joke about the red button).
