This is not exactly an question, but i think that i should say it, when Perpetrator answer the user HueseynSmdov, it didn't do one of the rules, being "Do not say (pls unban me i did nothing wrong) give us actual arguments that we can see to unban you." Also, in the pinned post in the Appeals channel, tier 1 & 2 were the ones that you should appeal, that now is not, it should update.
