IGNORE THE STUFF ABOUT RALSEI BEING ASRIEL, I'M PRETTY SURE ITS BEEN DECONFIRMED, I MADE A POST WITH A YT LINK THAT EXPLAINS WHY, AND IT TALKS ABOUT CHAPTER 2 IN THE COMMENTS

KRIS:

• Not the bad guy, definitely being manipulated by us. Hates us (understandable).

• War between monsters and humans never happened, Kris is probably just Chara with an alternate name. Frisk may not exist/be interested in monsters.

• The Knight. May be making fountains because of something I'll explain in RALSEI'S section, but they definitely made the one in the library after the first chapter. They might have eaten the pie so they could make it to the library without dying, seeing as they still need their SOUL and they can't have us out for too long.

• Spamton's battle had a major emotional impact on them. They saw someone who wanted to be free of strings, but then fell to the ground lifelessly as he was. An unfortunately relatable scenario for Kris. That's why they aren't okay, screaming it out when we allow them to, or strainingly lying when we force them to.

• Kris wanted Toriel in the next adventure. That's why the new fountain is in the house, and I'm pretty sure they think Toriel can fix something; not sure how though.

• Something's going on with that door in the woods, and Kris knows something about it...

RALSEI:

• HELLA suspicious. He doesn't turn into stone in the computer lab world, and he didn't turn into an object at the start of the game. In fact, he knew exactly where the object versions of our friends were? That's pretty unsettlingly convenient... He's probably a lightner.

• On the subject of him BEING a lightner, I think he's probably Asriel. I mean, Asriel is gone and unreachable through all contacts. Asgore and Asriel are both terrible at naming things, so an anagram of "Asriel" might just be his super cool codename or something. Kris might be creating fountains to get him back.

• When we talk to him on the acid river ride, he says he wonders what it's like to be himself... Identity crisis? That kinda goes hand-in-hand with him being Asriel.

• I think he might have good intentions, but from the way he's acting he might be doing something bad. How does he even KNOW about the Roaring? From experience? A legend? Wouldn't a prophecy be well known? Why didn't Queen know about it?

• His room is off-limits and also super suspicious. He might just be an inverse Flowey. Instead of "Haha I tricked you, I'm trying to be evil but I need serious help", he might be a "I'm definitely doing the right thing and I don't know why people say its bad" kind of guy.

• He tells Kris to disregard the Spamton fight and just shrug it off, like that didn't emotionally affect him. Kinda rude.

KING:

• YAY HE WASN'T ACTUALLY AN ABUSIVE FATHER! He was bluffing about throwing Lancer, but even if he did, apparently Lancer would just bounce back up like a ball. According to King this is something he enjoys, and he's shown throughout the chapter to care deeply for his son.

• Queen and King have an interesting relationship, it's kinda like a "I hate you so much I'm gonna marry you" thing. Which is probably exactly what happened lol

TORIEL:

• Best mom. She gets Susie to sleep over because she didn't want her going outside into presumable danger. She saw her tires get slashed, and she decided to be awesome. She encourages Kris to have friends, she's understanding, she actually acted kind of civil towards Asgore?! This is great! But even better...

• SHE'S GONNA BE IN CHAPTER 3 AS A TEAM MEMBER! I want concept art IMMEDIATELY! I'm so excited!

SANS:

• Blocked us from seeing Papyrus. I'm mad about that, I want to see my favorite boy.

• Definitely seeing Toriel, had a very awkward moment with Asgore and her, straight up turned around to hide his cringing. I feel kinda bad for him.

• Loves messing with Susie, she pretty much reacts to his jokes like I imagined Flowey did in his earlier resets.

• Genuinely disturbed by our knowledge of him. I don't think he trusts us, and for good reason.

ASGORE:

• Still trying to get with Toriel, he doesn't even notice Alphys likes him in this universe. By the way, HE GAVE HER THE ROSES SHE HAS ON THE TEACHER'S DESK! Apparently he does this with all close friends, seeing as he gave flowers to Rudy in the hospital. I still miss Alphyne but this is an alternate universe so we're just gonna have to deal. :/

SUSIE:

• Best friend, genuinely a good person with reasonable flaws. Supports and saves Kris a LOT this chapter.

• Loves Noelle, too afraid to tell her, Berdly doesn't stand a chance so I'm not worried.

NOELLE:

• Keep your curiosity driven genocidal hands off this beautiful deer girl. I will kill you.

• Gaining confidence! In the normal route! No other route exists, shut up!

TOBY:

• He ran me over with his stupid toy car and I am very upset.

• Apparently dogs are liquids, just like cats, and they can morph into traffic cones. And lift tables. And do donuts in the middle of a crowded intersection.

GASTER:

• Sounds like he messed with Jevil and Spamton. Jevil knows the world is fake, which makes him feel above it. Spamton knows the world is fake, so he tries to be better than it. He fails.

• Berdly reading page 142, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times" is actually a direct quote from the book A Tale Of Two Cities. 142 in the original book talks about a dad presumed dead who comes home to his daughter. It might be talking about Rudy... Or it might be talking about Gaster. A video pointed this out, it may be far-fetched.

• Is the mystery door in Undertale the entrance to a dark fountain? Maybe the core was? I really hope so, I made this theory it is and I love the concept!

BERDLY:

• Redemption arc! No longer just a Jerry as a main character! I no longer want to kill him as much as I did before.

• Unfortunately killing him is totally possible. N-not! There's not a route where you can do that!

SPAMTON:

• I don't even know, man. I'm just sad.
