In this news, I want to tell you about the game progress and what I’m working
on right now.

First of all, thank you all so much for the feedback and videos you’ve send me,
it really helped me finding the weak points of the game.

The first thing I noticed was the fact that people either miss notes or simply can’t find them. So I made a new Sound wich plays, when you get closer to a note.
The closer you get, the higher the sound. It’s similar to the other “notification” sound that plays when something “important” is near.
At the same time I removed some cutscenes wich showed the notes’ location.

-I also removed the cutscene with the scary Picture in the Asylum. I thought about it and decided to delete it because it doesn’t fit to the games’ story.

-I deactivated some Gargoyles in the Asylum to make it a bit easier. I also changed the attack range of the gargoyles.

-I changed the groundtextures of outside areas. It looks slighty better now.

  • I further enhanced the Game experience with new cutscenes, events and music.
    Also there are some new locations that can be explored.

What takes the most time and effort is the story.
I won’t tell anything, but the game will get 1 more level at least.
I will also check out the possibilities of new game mechanics. That involves scripting and will take some time too.

I am planing to release the Game still in 2016 through Steam Greenlight.

Runestones: from concept to in-game model🗿

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
