Hey everyone,
I want to take a moment to address the recent delay and offer a genuine apology to everyone who’s been waiting on the next update. I know this project has been highly anticipated, and your patience and support truly mean more to me than I can put into words.
After stepping back and taking a hard look at the game, I realized there were several core issues holding it back—ranging from design mistakes to features that simply weren’t fun or playable. More importantly, I wasn’t happy with the direction the project was heading. After a lot of careful consideration, I made the difficult decision to restart development and bring the project back to the alpha stage.
While this does mean more time and reworking, I strongly believe this choice will lead to a far stronger and more polished experience in the long run. My goal has always been to create a game that earns your trust and lives up to the excitement surrounding it.
As a thank-you for sticking with me, I’ll be releasing Fredbear’s Nightmare – Beta v0.1, an earlier build of the project, so you can explore what’s been done so far and see how the game has evolved.
Thank you again for your continued patience and support. Development is moving forward with a clearer vision, and I’m excited to share more when the time is right.
