Hello everyone!
It's been about 2 weeks since I started this Devlog page and I'm thankful to everyone who started following the game.
In the last 2 weeks I mainly focussed on fixing lots of bugs with the inventory mechanic, but now I'm finally finished.
Walls & Streets
I also did lots of testing with the walls, as buildings will not be seperate game rooms and I did some level design with streets in the commercial area. I decided to add buildings occasionally from time to time and not just randomly designing buildings. There will be about 80-90 buildings in the commercial area.
Furniture
Some furniture objects were added as well. The interaction menu is not finished yet, I already have a protype though.
Upcoming Features (next month)
Upcoming features for the next month are:
- Interaction Menu for Furniture
- Range Weapons Mechanic (excluding gun holding animation, this will be added later)
- Time, Dates
- A few first buildings, with furniture, doors, roofs, windows etc.
- Lots of new items and furniture
Note: I'm not uploading any game footage in this Devlog, as there isn't that much interesting to show yet. In the next Devlog I will show you all the new features and existing features in a video.
