Devlog #2 June 2017 - Multiplayer around the corner!!

Hello Lovelies!!

First of all! Thank you so much for downloading the demo, we hope you’ve played alot and enjoyed it to the fullest. In short we will send out a feedback form, so please help us to improve the game by lending 5 minutes of your precious time to us :D

14 days ago - what now?

A lot has happened since the release of Jack N’ Jill Demo and we intend to not stop here! WAOW Crew recently finished the final stretch of the last milestone for preperations to - what will be the full version of the game.

Multiplayer INBOUND

The team are working strong to fix a multiplayer game mode. Initially it will be locally controlled and on the same PC. In the future we will consider an online feature.

Feature updates - User Interface Design

The team has been strong out to fix all of the interface in which you will see on the screen. All of the boxes will take new shapes, dialogue fonts will be replaced with a more thematically correct way of display, and all the placeholders in the demo will be removed! :D

Feature updates - Level Design

In the demo we currently present 5 different levels for you to try out, all of them in which uses the same foreground and background. We are aiming to implement 20 + levels that contains different ground layout and scenario settings :)

Bug fixing

  • General fix to UI misplacement in the “Stage complete” section

  • Removed doubled layered bushes in main menu

  • Adapted the Menu to scale properly

  • Limited the Resolution to certain fixes

Until next time

Swim safe, play hard and surf cool!

Cheers,

WAOW Crew
