DEVLOG 8: Any New Features In Raeters Fun Test For The Demo? Is There A Release Date?


Writing this as of 06/16/24, Raeters Fun Test DEMO has a confirmed release date of July 20. This is still subject to change but as far as I know and everyone else, it is July 20.

Now as for the content right now:

DATA SAVING¹:
The data saving system has been completely finished. Save files are now a thing. They use a local storage and a .txt file to your device. You can:
IMPORT DATA (from the .txt file on your device from exporting your save data)
EXPORT DATA (to your device)
SAVE DATA (to a local storage built into the game)
LOAD DATA (loads data from the most recent save in the local built-in storage.)

COMPLETELY REMADE OPTIONS MENU²:

The options button now no longer only brings up just basic options. It now shows a menu that lets you select "DATA MANAGER" and "SETTING SELECT"

SCRAPPED CHARACTERS IN THE GALLERY

Ever wanted to see the old characters? Well now you can as I added the 7 scrapped characters into the Gallery to see!

Miscellaneous details will be listed here:

Ambiance in the room
Added sound effects
Removed shortcut to the advertisement mini-game
Removed shortcut to start the game
New things added to CREDITS
Easter eggs in the title screen
Secret codes in some segments of the tutorial
Able to skip the conversation with RaeterAI
A "point" system
