Hey guys! Here we are again with the monthly (hopefully) devlog.
The game is making notable advancements and the first AI has been fully coded and in its semplicity, I must say I'm really proud of what it came out.
The only thing I'm going to say is that in this game there'll be a lot of animations, because as I said in my FAQ post I really want these guys to actively move right in front of your eyes. Each character has at least 2 animations :).
That is basically everything I have to say for the game, and sadly I have some bad news to deliver.
The first one, the obvious one: school has started and this will greatly affect development, but this isn't the only thing stopping me from moving forward as of now.
The second one is that the computer I own belongs to the corporation my dad used to work. He didn't use it anymore so I claimed it as mine. He recently found another job so we have to give it back in some time to them after 4 long years. I'll surely buy a new one the next one or two months, and in that time I won't be able to actively work on the game.
I apology if the game will take a bit longer than I was originally expecting. Although I had already an early 2023 full game release in mind, I thought I could push myself more to make it happen sooner but it's sadly not the case.
During my time without computer, I'll think more about the lore and secrets part of the game, alongside improving a lot of other aspects of it
In conclusion the game is currently on hold and development is altered. That... sounded better in my head.
But don't worry, it will resume soon and although slowly I'm sure I'll make good progress as always.
And on top of all of this, I need a new composer. So if you're willing to make the soundtrack for this game, send me a friend request on discord at [REDACTED]
(I've already found one!)
Well, I still hope you like this new teaser! And here's the stage camera alongside one of the animations for Springbonnie ;)
See you all next time and stay golden :D
