Man, been a long time hasn't it? Well let's get to it shall we?
Last month, I have been been putting some coding stuff on the game itself to help ease myself since I wanna try and do something on the game for once, so... I wanna try and give you all some progress stuff on the game itself, I was gonna use the MP4 versions of the footage I took, but since gamejolt wouldn't do that, I'll just post the versions that were on Twitter!
Just a heads up: These videos are at a very low quality, gee thanks Twitter lmao.
Here is progress number 1:

This clip you are seeing here is me just testing around the controls on the game on the game itself, but this features the ladder physics that is literally broken lmao, but this will be fixed soon... which could take a while.
Here is progress number 2:

Here is another clip that is rather short but sweet, it is where the gravity on the jumping is adjusted so that the player character can fall down much quicker, and from the clip you have just seen from above, it was a bit broken but it is fixed
And from the words "working on concept art and in-game stuff before putting them in Gamemaker" I said in the article's title, I will be making the art, assets, animations on characters, items and more first before I can implement it into Gamemaker, because I don't even want to focus on using gamemaker all the time just to code 24/7 because I don't even want to stress myself to death!
