"Doing Your Mom" here does not have any negative connotations. Here it simply means 'Doing a duet with your mom", like BF and Mommy Mearest in FNF.
I made this song using the Mother 3 shamisen and saw synth soundfonts, to give an atmosphere of traditional Japanese-electro vibe to the track, true to Kanako's wish to modernize Gensokyo.
I planned to add Yukari instead of Kanako in this track, but since many Yukari art are NSFW, I decided to put Kanako here instead. In fanon, she is considered one of the "hag" characters, alongside with Yukari and Eirin (I don't want to put Eirin here because she is so beautiful and young to call a "hag" (despite she is like a thousand years old)).
