Doodlekins 0.5.1


After long pause in development new version of Doodlekins brings you:

  • rewards for daily visits - each day you get chance to gain permanent buffs to either idle or active play or one time resource bonus

  • resting world bonuses - reseting world now gives you ability to choose new world modifiers increasingly stronger with each reset

  • balancing of power ups prices and enemies strength

  • now enemies have chance to get power ups that make them stronger but also worth more that chance increase with each arena level

  • some units may be unlocked by talking to NPC dependent on unlocked arenas and reached arena level and maybe other statics

  • now each region has its own set of waves with different monsters

  • you unlock new regions during play

  • some UI improvements

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
