haha heeeeeeeey whoops my hand slipped and i recoded both popgoes arcade and popgoes arcade 2 whoopsies haha what a wacky mishap

Okay, two things. First, I don't believe I'm done with this project just yet, as like with POPGOES Recoded, I'd ideally like to release the source code for both projects later down the line. Why didn't I do it yet? Well, first, I wanna add the pause menu to PA1 Recoded eventually. Kinda glaring that it's in PA2 but not PA1, and while it is a lot less diverse in settings, it'd still be nice. Second, in case any new bugs came up that I didn't find. (the only one ive found thus far is every once in a while, if i swap music styles in pa2 shortly after starting the game, the music just stops. no idea why yet) And third, because unlike POPGOES Recoded, I wanna clean up this code and comment it to make it a lot more readable! Learned in a Uni team project I did last year that my code can be kinda tougher to understand than I anticipated, so I wanna work on that a little. Besides, I feel like the source code for these games would probably be a lot more interesting to edit than POPGOES', given they're RPGs and all.

Second, I know this and POPGOES Recoded set the precedent of me just redoing all the POPGOES projects, so before anyone asks, this will likely be the last POPGOES recode I do. I technically already did 2 & Reprinted and I have no interest in pursuing it further, Finale was already in GameMaker to begin with so lol, and Arcade 2020 Edition......well, I'm not against the idea of recoding that, but it'd have to be years later, purely for demonstration purposes (ie not released), and it would be ONLY of the free version on GameJolt. Don't think Mr. Carter would approve of me doing so otherwise. and im not doing evergreen in a million years come on now

so yea, thats it. idk, maybe ill get bored and recode popgoes in unity or whatever some day. who cares, just play the video games dangit
