As said in my past theory, this is a game that takes place in the 1960s, where a war between the U.S.A and U.S.S.R has broken out, a man named Vincent, has spoken into a mysterious radio station, stating that people are mad at the CIA for covering up a mind control thing, American soldiers also stormed a place, but he does not disclose it because “for the sake of your sanity believing to be an outpost belong to the Soviets”

He also speaks about a virus named “Tsukrov-8” and a massacre relating to it resulted in a creature being made. This virus is a bio weapon made by the Soviet Union (Man Khrushchev what are you doing??) a company name Thunder Research Inc, is working on a project called transform tomorrow, I believe this has to do with the creatures.
