Encounter Mechanics

When Tall Hayami appears, you’ll enter an Encounter Scene where you must choose the right actions to survive.


  • There will be three options & only one option will allow you to progress the event/scene. The others will either kill the player or cause more "static".

  • Static slowly covers the screen, this acts as a timer. Choosing the wrong option will make the timer run faster (and increase stress, though this is subject to change).

  • Choosing the correct option will reset the timer (or at least give the player extra time).

  • Interacting with Tall Hayami, will give the player some sort of hint on what action/option is the correct one.

I'll be adding "barks" for all the characters.

I also added Jejune to the title screen.

Closer look at interactions (now with more Tai)

Characters will have different dialogue when you have 50% or more stress when using "Talk".

Interactions are subject to change/work in progress.
