Baller Is a person who uses a dodge ball for a weapon.
He contains: High speed, Low health, Medium damage
And he line before he is getting ready to attack you is

He is the very last character you fight in chapter 4 He states that in his line "Well, you've made it to the end. Sorry for doubting you earlier. You have made a huge improvement.
