Rules:
-Any pokemon that has an "x damage per turn" poison move will work only if it's the pokemon's turn
-For Balance Reasons, only 1 ability from any stand can used per turn.
-All pokemons will be facing stands with the whole group. Like, no pokeballs.
-Stands would also be featured as a whole. Excluding The World Over Heaven.
Who do you think would win? You can note things down as i'm not expert in pokemon games.
