Expectations for 0.2.0

Okay, so I’ve been taking a break on Palette Swapper for now. There’s a lot in my life that’s taking up priority, but I’ll say this much: 0.2.0 is nearing completion. It’s not super close, but a good amount of the content I wish to include in the update is finished and implemented properly, so here are a few things that you can expect in it:

-Button to cancel power-up prematurely. As of now, this functionality is mapped to CTRL on keyboards and Y and LB/L1 on gamepads. Leave a comment if you wish to suggest a different button. (Finished)
-Painting 3, which includes levels 31-45. The music for Painting 3 is complete and was able to be exported properly!
-Left-handed (WASD) keyboard controls, complete with L-Shift for using a powerup and L-CTRL for canceling it. Again, leave a comment if you wish to suggest alternate control schemes. (Finished)
-Slightly altered tutorial.

I’m hoping to get this update finished and released as soon as I can. I can’t give an exact release, but I’m hoping by the end of the month. I know I keep pushing it back more and more, but things will hopefully speed up as we get closer to summer.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Made my first ever animation.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
