Seven months. It has been seven months since the start of this archival project, that's insane to think about. It only felt like I had just started this project two to three months.
At first my vision for this archival project was to make sure that every version of FNaF World would be readily available to everyone, then as time went on that vision became bigger and bigger. After I finished recovering every version of FNaF World I decided that I wanted to archive the unused/scrapped content, then I wanted to archive every single FNaF World teaser image, so on and so forth.
However, I don't believe that this archival project has reached to it's complete potential.
I have decided to do a complete overhaul on the header, thumbnail, logo, and the description for the GameJolt page. Over the past month or so, I started to accept the fact that the headers, thumbnails, and logos just didn't fit the FNaF World Archives page.
The description I do believe fits in well with the page, however it is definitely outdated.
I have also decided that I'm not only going to archive every sound file, but I am also going to archive every texture file, either that being through the description, media section, and/or posted as a .zip file in the download section (I haven't decided which way would be best to do this just yet).
There is also one thing I should probably clarify again, FNaF World Archives has every version of FNaF World EXCEPT v1.019 and the latest version of FNaF World Update 2. While the reason as to why the latest version of Update 2 is pretty much self explanatory, I should probably give an extremely summarized explanation as to why v1.019 isn't in the downloads section. The reason why it isn't there is because it has it's own GameJolt page lol: https://gamejolt.com/games/FNaFWC/464479
I just wanted to clarify that once more just in case there is any future confusion, I will also be making sure that this will be clarified once again in the description of the GameJolt page.
Once I'm done with updating the descriptions on both GameJolt pages, uploading the rest of the sound files, and uploading the texture files, FNaF World Archives will be complete and I will be focusing on updating my Luma3DS ports. I never knew that this archival project would become as big as it has over the past few months, and I am truly grateful to everyone who's been around for the ride. I'm glad that I got to share my adventure through FNaF World's history from beginning to end.
I also once again want to thank both @K-C_rwq for the help with recovering v1.019 and help with the descriptions for each FNaF World update, and @AITYunivers
for the files related to the FNaF World Logo.
While FNaF World isn't the best Five Nights at Freddy's game out there, it's still a fun and chaotic underrated experience.
