Hello everyone, welcome to the 3rd devlog for Faithless Memories. We know you have been waiting a long time to see what we have been doing back at the team and we have decided to let you all know we are not dead!

Now, let’s get into this Devlog.

—Happy Anniversary!

So for starters, it’s been a year since Faithless Memories has been in development! It’s unbelievable that it’s been this long since this au has been made. 

So for our first anniversary for this au, we will show some very special stuff for it.

—Scrapped Sans designs

So, over the past couple of months, we have been redesigning Sans slightly and we have only had 3 redesigns until we have decided the final design.  

We will start of with what was scrapped for Sans’ designs.

So starting of with the very first redesign for Sans that was scrapped. 

This design was a design that would have been used since I’ve gotten to be the owner. Tho, this didnt quite fit with the Au, so it was scrapped.

Moving on to the 2nd scrapped design for Sans.

This Sans design was scrapped due to the fact of how different it looked compared to the old one. This also didn’t represent Faithless Memories very well either, and seemed pretty damn bad. 

Because really, if I just showed this to someone, I doubt they would guess its Faithless Memories. Moving on to the more exciting part however.

—Official Sans design

And there it is! The official reference for Sans’ newer design! 

We decided to go back to the older design but give it a few tweaks, and that lead to having this as the newer design! 
this design is more simpler than the ones that were scrapped and it still represents Faithless Memories, so this is what we decided to stick with from now on!

This does indeed mean however, that we will need to remake the sprites. 

However, don’t worry, our spriters will be able to finish them as soon as they can!

—Story Progress

And yes, there is indeed an actual story being on progress. While we somewhat have a base line of what actually happens in the au, we still need to have a story ready for when if anyone asks what happens in those events.

..Yea the story is gonna take a while. But hey, you’ll be able to play the demos while the story is in progress!
