Originally a vigilante in U-293, now employed by Captain Patch, they are quite powerful, though childish. They are friendly with strangers and allies, even if those characters dislike Flow. Flow is quite mobile, being able to use their spikes to climb on walls, and using their grapple-launchers to get places quickly, they are also quite proficient in air combat. Flow's appearance is that of a cacti-canine, thought to be extinct (even in the plant universe), they have a doglike body with cactus properties, their neck and tail are that of cactus flowers. When hurt, they bleed water, rather than blood, it is an odd specimen, nevertheless they are a valueable asset to any who see fit.
