Finally added Hunger System! Also, new jump-related mechanic!


Hey! Yesterday I didn’t post anything here because… Well, I didn’t really had something to post. But now I do and, boy oh boy, is it great!

No more talk, let’s dive right into the new content:

Hunger System

Yep, that’s right, HUNGER. If you play the game on both Insane and Insane+ modes you’ll get hungry. But there’s a difference between the game modes: on Insane+ you get hungry twice as fast.

Now, be aware - if you walk, run or swim you get hungry faster. Also, the effects stack, which means that if you try to run underwater… You’ll get very hungry really, REALLY fast.

I’m probably up to no good with the player…

Food

Now there’s food in the game as well! For now, the only way to get it is with apples from the Apple Tree. You can consume food by pressing the F key on the keyboard, and if you’re not playing on Insane or Insane+ modes, the food restores Health instead of Hunger.

Sticky Essence

If you ever find a translucid-white cloudy-like thingy on the ground inside my game, you probably shouldn’t step on it… You won’t be able to jump.
