so i was gonna explain

if you have severe anger outbreaks frequently, please MAKE SURE to be away from pets when youre prone to having an outbreak.

i usually have these outbreaks and the anxiety i have usually removes my awareness completely and i usually attack my dog accidentally because of the urgency of letting out all the anxiety n stuff

so then i feel REALLY guilty for my dog and i try to be as sweet as i can when im more calm, so the last times ive gotten mad at someone or something i made sure to not to have my dog near, i broke 2 or 3 pencils instead but it was worth it

so um from my own experience, this is the best you can do if you have those anger outbreaks like me and you have a pet who is usually close to you

i mean i hope this helps because im just traumatized with the moments where i just couldnt handle myself and hurt my dog, those really run in my mind in loop and i cant stop these thoughts

im crying and clenching my teeth while writing this so i should stop so uh the end
