Finally Returning From Break

Hey! I've gotten a bit of free time recently with schoolwork settling down for the end of the year. Considering that Deltarune Chapters 1-4 will come out in 16 days, I returned to this project to finally continue working on it after nearly a year.

When I took a look at my old code, I realized that it's a complete mess and impossible to work with. Because of this, I decided to redo the engine from scratch. So far, it's going to be much easier for me to use once I finish it, as it is much more streamlined and less cluttered. I doubt this will set it back much, considering that the other engine was at the point that it would take just as much time and even more headaches to finish the game. I'll post updates when I can and when enough work gets done to merit one.

I doubt that this game currently has anyone waiting on it, and my only real "deadline" is the release of the real Chapter 6 or anything that foreshadows it too much. However, I'll still put effort into completing this sometime in the near future.

-Thanks for following along, Daegan G

Happy Deltarune Tomorrow!

Hello! I've finished the engine, so I can now focus on other elements of the game like attacks, dialogue, and other important stuff.

I'm excited to see where this will go!
