Hello everyone!

I'm excited to release the first Demo of Bear5 The Game.

I started working on this game back on December 2023 as a practice for Godot Engine.

I got it working the basic mechanics of the game and some assets. Then I lost motivation and forgot about the game until January 2025 where I created a GameJolt Devlog of the game. After working some time I got lazy at making the cameras and lost motivation again over a year until a few weeks ago on January 2026 and  I finally got a working demo to show to the world. I hope you like it and also give feedback. I know the bear5 meme has been a bit relevant recently, so I hope I have released the Demo at a good time.

The game still need some work to do, and I have planned new mechanics. Right now the Demo has the following:

• Generator and Fuel Mechanic

• ADS and Fox4 Mechanic

• Camera Coins

• Audio Player

• Sanity

• Lights

• Smoke and Window Mechanic

• Night Progression

• "Phone Guy"

I feel these mechanics are solid for a first Demo. I got some ideas to add to the game like the following:

• PC glitches/events

• "Bear5 is Coming"

• Secret Character

• New phone guy voice and lines

So I hope to continue developing this game and get support in the mean time. Thanks for reading and playing! :3
