There are three classes your character can be: warrior, hunter, or mystic. Above are pictures of people in each class.
Warriors: warriors are the melee fighters. They usually use swords, great swords, dueling swords, axes, great axes, maces, or hammers. Swords, dueling swords, axes, and maces are one handed weapons which means that you can also have an offhand. Some warrior abilities are Paladin (if you end your turn by moving/at the end of your turn go into Guardian), Untouchable (if you kill a monster the next attack against you will miss), Zealous Leap (once every two turns/every turn you can jump a certain number of spaces away), and more
Hunters: hunters are the ranged fighters. They usually use bows, crossbows, or daggers. Crossbows and daggers are one handed weapons which means that you can also have an offhand. Some hunter abilities are Archery (if an enemy hits them or someone next to them your character shoots back/and gets extra dodge against ranged attacks), Ambush (your character can end their turn by putting a sort of trap and if an enemy walks onto it your character shoots them/and it ends the enemy’s turn), and Rogue (whenever your character kills/or stunts on an enemy they become hidden)
Mystics: mystics are the magic wielders. They usually use staffs or wands. Wands are one handed weapons which means that you can also have an offhand. Some mystic abilities are Elementalist (interfusions with fires, wood, and liquid are more powerful), Arches (your character can spawn trees on the map [it’s more useful than it sounds]), and Indignance (when your character walks one space/two spaces next to an enemy it deals damage) {Fun Fact: The character Astelyewn (pronounced Astelwyn, don’t ask me why, it’s just how my dad pronounced it and it stuck) has over 20 children}
